Well a few days of feeling crap on runs but ok km covered.
Maybe i am recovering from a virus or something and or not getting enough sleep and recovery.

Tomorrow i am going to make a 3k training plan.

Track 10km champs on October 11
Maybe i should give Pat Carroll a call?

Not long until October 11! You should do OK though. Much shorter and easier than C2S.

10k on the track, that's a lot of laps. My biggest worry would be in the counting.

Hope the health improves soon. Not much fun trying to run fast when you aren't 100%.
